The Journey Begins Here

The Pluckemin Presbyterian Church invites you to a 4-week sermon series on Sunday mornings beginning November 28th at 10am called “Strangers at the Manger.” Journey through ancient Bethlehem and encounter the characters in the Christmas story who were at the Manger when the Christ child was born. Throughout the month of December, there will be several events ranging from energetic to serene and contemplative - opportunities to deepen your faith and restore your Christmas Spirit!  The sermon series will culminate on Christmas Eve, December 24th, with two special worship services. experience a night in bethlehem

Begin Advent with a walk through Bethlehem at this thematic twist to the annual “Advent Workshop.” Hear a Christmas story and mingle with others while the young (and young at heart) have a blast making Christmas crafts at the Bethlehem-themed craft stations!

Tree Lighting and Concert

We invite the community to a free, indoor choral and handbell Christmas concert in the main Sanctuary at Pluckemin Presbyterian Church, located at 279 Route 202-206, Pluckemin, NJ. The concert will be followed by an outdoor tree lighting and carol sing. A great event for everyone to experience the spirit of Christmas!

Free christmas concert

We invite the community to a free concert featuring the “Queen of Irish Harp,” Aideen O’Donnell. The concert will take place in the church Sanctuary. The facility is handicapped accessible.

A critically acclaimed harpist and vocalist, Ms. O'Donnell celebrates 30 years in the music industry.

Ms. O'Donnell's distinctive voice and musicianship on the Concert Harp creates a powerful sound and leaves her audience with an original and memorable performance. She has performed for Presidents and Prime Ministers in Carnegie Hall and all over the United States.

Don't miss this unique opportunity for some beautiful music!

Messy Church Christmas

We continue our "Journey to Bethlehem" as Children’s author Laura Sassi joins us at Messy Church to read her book “Good Night Manger.”  Together we’ll have dinner and make Christmas ornaments.

Messy Church is our once a month on the second Tuesday church experience that celebrates the messiness of everyday life!  This monthly, mid-week gathering is intended for children, parents, and grandparents to come together for a light meal provided by the church, a brief Christian message, music and a craft or game appropriate for all in attendance.

“Messy Church” encourages kids and adults to get their hands dirty, learn from each other and just have fun, while eliminating the “age silos” that result from separate worship experiences common in most churches.

Registration is required so we know how much food to have!
